Article 10 - Continuance of the rights of citizenship.

Every person who is or is deemed to be a citizen of India under any of the foregoing provisions of this Part shall, subject to the provisions of any law that may be made by Parliament, continue to be such citizen.


Explanation/Comment -

Subject to the terms of any law passed by the Parliament, anyone who is a citizen of India or is presumed to be one, shall continue to be one.

Or

This Article made it clear that those who had been designated citizens under the previous articles in this part on citizenship remained so and were subject to any laws passed by the Parliament.
